产物
运行后在当前目录生成 netdiag-report-<yyyyMMdd-HHmmss>.html，并自动用默认浏览器打开。
运行期间控制台显示进度条（--no-progress 或 NETDIAG_NO_PROGRESS=1 可关闭；非终端自动关闭）。

校验
两条路径都在运行前核对 SHA-256：脚本路径比对 manifest.txt， base64 路径比对内嵌哈希；不匹配即中止并清理临时文件。
